At Tolo, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We're committed to being transparent about our data practices and protecting your personal information.
When you create a Tolo account and use our services, we may collect the following types of information:
**Profile Information:** Name, date of birth, gender, sexual orientation, photos, bio, voice recordings, and interests you provide during onboarding and profile setup.
**Location Data:** With your permission, we collect your approximate location (city-level) to show you nearby events and relevant matches. We may also collect precise location data when you enable location-based discovery features.
**Usage Data:** Information about how you interact with Tolo, including events attended, dates participated in, votes cast, matches made, and features used.
**Device & Technical Data:** Device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and push notification tokens.
**Payment Information:** When you purchase tickets or credits, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We store transaction records but do not store your full credit card details.
**Communications:** Messages you send through the platform, feedback surveys, and support requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending you a notification. Your continued use of Tolo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
